Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas from here and they cancelled both my orders without my knowledge and I waited all night for them to arrive. When the first pizza didn’t arrive I called again to order another pizza and that one didn’t arrive either. I called the store and asked for the manager and he was very rude saying that he couldn’t do anything about it or give me a free pizza. I find this very hard to believe because if you own the store like he said then you should be able to do whatever you want which SHOULD be to please the customer. Clearly he does not care about his business or it’s reputation and I would never recommend for anyone to buy from this location. ORDER FROM ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. I feel bad for anyone working under him and he should not be in the business industry or customer service. Learn some manners.
