I have never experience this bad of a car dealership before in my life. If I could rate them negative stars I would. I contacted a sales person about a vehicle I was interested in. I was told the vehicle was there and they would keep an eye on it for me until I come, I live about an hour and 30 minutes from this dealer. When I arrived I spent another 2 hours with the sales man looking for the car around the lot and around the warehouse. No one seemed to know where the vehicle was. Then we were informed that the owners wife has the vehicle currently while she's down here from Canada. They told me they would get in contact with me as soon as they contact her to bring the car back. No one reacted out to me since and I tried to speak to a manager about 30 times they started ignoring my phone calls and text. It's been about two to three weeks and I still have not heard a word about this car. My sales man even has my contact information and has stopped answering me. Their customer service is so awful, Manager Frank himself while trying to explain my situation shut me up and said "ill get back to you" and huge up immediately still no word from frank till this day. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
