Dr. Eric Weiner, MD

The absolute worst physician I have ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional. She explained nothing to me. She told me nothing was wrong BEFORE she even looked at the MRI results. Then she asked nurse for the reports, then told me I had 8 herniated discs, but "they weren't bad." She never compared my last films to the newer films like I was told, and after falling down and four concussions, loss of short term memory, eyesight problems, tremors, hand and feet numbness, plus a whole slew of neurological issues. I would think she would have taken my visit a little more seriously. She told me the fibromyalgia was making me fall down and said "it's autoimmune" No further explanation. I felt she was just rude and had no odea what the hell she was doing.Then to top it off I have no insurance, so when I went I told them I needed total prices beforehand, because I was paying cash. They quoted me a price, I paid it, then they turned around, afterwards and sent me a bill for two thousand plus dollars. I highly recommend you do not use Cassandra Mateo as your neurologiist. Now I have to pay hundreds more for a new physician to do her job for her.
