Dr. Jere J. Mammino, DO

As an airline captain, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a pretty tough customer. That is why it gives me great pleasure to be writing this letter of recommendation for Dr. Jere Mammino. I moved to Orlando about 12 years ago. At that time I was having a skin condition that my family doctor and several specialists were unable to properly diagnose. Thankfully, I received a professional referral to Dr. Mammino. I was impressed that he actually sat down and listened! He correctly identified my condition and provided the proper medication. I’ve never been so grateful! Since then, I have used Dr. Mammino for all of my annual skin check-ups. He never seems rushed and I have total faith in his skills and knowledge. Prior to Dr. Mammino, every other dermatologist I visited would take up to as many as 10 skins samples for laboratory analysis. In some cases, I was left wondering about their motives. Dr. Mammino has the experience to carefully inspect for abnormalities. In fact, I don’t recall him ever sending a sample of my skin to the lab – I think that speaks volumes about his abilities and integrity. I’m thankful that Dr. Mammino seems to keep to his daily schedule. He never seems rushed and I’ve never had to wait long. The staff at his Oviedo location are very relaxed, personable and professional. I suspect that Dr. Mammino helps to set that tone. Over the years I've had some pretty embarrassing skin problems. I've always been extremely impressed by how kind, patient, respectful, understanding and caring Dr. Mammino is. If you are looking for the best dermatologist in town, look no further!
