Let me first start off by saying that I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary for me to do so.
I do believe Dr. Trujillo and staff are friendly and knowledgable. However, my experience was far from satisfying. I went in for 3 crowns, 2 root canals and 2 fillings. Sadly, not one but ALL three crowns ended up either chipping, falling off or ending in a tooth extraction all together. I had over 20 appointments within a year, in which many of them I frantically left work with a fallen temporary/permanent crown to have it glued back on. Thankfully I work in the health care field and my manager understood what I was going through and allowed me to leave all those times.
The crown that ended up as an extraction was due to an abscess, in which I kept asking to have the crown filed down because it wasn't a proper fit.
In good faith I paid out of pocket $3,778 and my insurance also paid another $1,919.79. I now need aligners before I move forward with an implant, and also keeping in mind I have to fix the chipped crown which was damaged while the tooth next to it was being filled. I am extremely unsatisfied with the work that was done.
