Dunkin' Donuts

Mostly the poor rating goes to the unprofessional and obnoxious employees. They are constantly laughing it up behind the counter, talking at the freakin' top of their lungs it seems, and I've overheard (due to how how loud they are) way too many personal stories that I no desire to know about. ...And I'm with those who complain about their coffee not being mixed/stirred. They never do it. Why??? Who doesn't stir in cream, sugar, syrup, ect.? What gives? ...Anyway, unfortunately this is the closest and most convenient coffee place near my work and due to do that I'll begrudgingly still go to this location, but really...it's time for this place to get its act together.

Usually they're so organized but like wow, to hear you didn't even know I sent an order in??? Come on guys. And sadly they've stopped stirring the coffee because I guess that just takes so much more time, even though we're already waiting 10+ mins for you to even realize you had an order. I order on the go so I can get to school, I've never had an issue with the staff until today and it was a real disappointment.
