Seems to recently (6/2017) have had issues with management and stock outages happen often. Last visit the 'new' Frozen Coffee machine was broken the week after they just released the product. And also on my trips to work in the AM they more often than should be are out of Egg Patties (whites, veggie whites, etc). Went inside due to 7 cars in drive through and waited a long time with only 1 person in front of me due to register issues. And then when I went to pay the cashier could not get the register to show that the drawer was closed that took about 4 minutes in which they slammed the register closed and used key to open multiple times. Lastly the 'manager?' actually KICKED the register closed and didn't work. So I was told I going to get my coffee/breakfast for free since she couldn't ring me up so I went to wait for my food. Eventually she got it working so was only charged for drink and had to wait a few minutes for sandwich that came out wrong (missing meat!) and then a few minutes later - got it. So my 'quick' visit for coffee/breakfast ended up taking about 15 minutes and due to lack of any management (from my view) not going to return. I will go the other way from work to go to a local Dunkin' since it seems they don't have act together and kinda scared about what happens 'in the back'. Will wait 6 months and walk in and see if things are better since it is so convenient for me on way to work.
