I get here, order an oreo hot chocolate, pay. Go sit down, the guy comes over and says they're out of oreo. So I ask for salted caramel. Then he says they're out of that too. So I ask for a regular hot chocolate. And he brings me a mint hot chocolate and after I realize and ask him he says the machine is broken so he can't help it. Then the woman asked if there was anything else I wanted. I told her a vanilla ice coffee.. And she brings it to me and I leave, just to find out it was caramel, not vanilla. This place is a disaster. Don't even get me started on the donuts.
