Dunkin' Donuts

This place needs a lot of work on their customer service and speediness/efficiency of their staff. They have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times that I have been in there (and the only reason I come back is because I will never drive out of my way for a Dunkin Donuts, I pass Starbucks on the way to the other one) . They aren't very friendly. They don't know how to handle a line when it starts to get busy. The employees taking the order always seem distracted. The employees making the drinks don't seem to know what they are doing. I will chalk it up to the store being pretty new and they just need more training but until they can start getting it right in there, I will be taking my business to Starbucks, or in the rare case, another Dunkin. I prefer Brooklyn Water bagel coffee when it's open.

Customer service is pretty good. The coffee is good. The only bad thing is that they charge $.50 if you want Almond milk in your coffee instead of cream or cows milk. Cream or cows milk is free. I don't understand the logic. Just seems like a vegetarian/vegan/allergy tax...
