Bad management, with a great product, no customer service at all. One cashier at the front counter waiting on multiple customers taking orders and filling them as well. Large backups. My order took over 15 mins and people behind me received there order before me. When I ask they said they were waiting on the other employees to arrive. This is the busiest time of the day, staffing is the real issue. Not the first time.
