I've been a Patient of Grant Williams, HAS, Audio Prosthologist since 2008. He was the first one to introduce me to something called a "Bi-Cross" hearing aid system. I was told by my medical doctor years ago that nothing could be done with my right ear. I was born with a dead right ear (no hearing nerves). I have since learned that my condition is referred to as "SSD" (single sided deafness). Because Mr. Williams is well known in the Hearing Healthcare Profession He knew to consult with Mr. Bill Austin, Owner of Starkey Medical Labs located in Minnesota and they prescribed a hearing aid system that has worked for me ever since. "Back-in-the-day" the technology did not exist. I thank God for those that don't give up on us that are in need. Thank you Mr. Williams and Mr. Austin for staying focused on technology.
