Ellison Property Management

Horrible rental company. Rented a house through Ellison Property Management. Manager never calls you back then claims she didn't get the message on HER voicemail. Poor communication with tenets and very rude person. Complained about leaking roof where wires were showing, it was never taken care of. Moved into a house with roaches and a refrigerator that barely worked. Stove only had 1 eye that worked properly. No screens on windows and glass missing in some of them. I would not rec renting any of the property they manager nor would I suggest letting them manage yours!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Very very very cheap light tanned carpet which gets dirty really quick. Roaches are everywhere... They are cracks in areas of the home where roaches hides and come out of. Neighbors complained about lady bug problems in their HOME. Frogs are everywhere ... The front doors have a crack at the top which lets cold air in ( in winter) and also bugs and baby lizards... The staff is rude and gives you a dirty look most of the time ... I wouldnt recommend this place if you were desperately looking for a home!
