The park owner and manager are great and care about their tenants and appearance of the neighborhood.
The neighborhood is an all ages community at the front and strictly 55+ in the back. The only downside is they have well water and it goes out frequently especially during storms. Also the area floods during times of heavy rain dueto the surrounding lakes.
Most of the home are older homes and some of the residents need to keep better care of their home's appearance on the outside but the management does a good job enforcing that.
