Enterprise in Jacksonville, FL came to our rescue when we were on a family vacation and our 2015 Chrysler Minivan had engine problems. We had to leave it at the dealership for a few days while they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The gentleman from the
Enterprise at the Chrysler dealership didn't have a minivan in stock so he called around and found one for us at another location. they were also very helpful and gave us the nicest one they had on the lot. We kept if for the whole week and that saved our vacation with our grandchildren.
We really appreciate the extra effort the people at Enterprise made to help us out in this situation .
