Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This score does not reflect the local staff as they have explained and followed through on what they told us. About two weeks ago, my mom rented a car to go to work while her's was being repaired. Today someone at enterprise posted a 20$ charge for "tolls". Local office said it wasn't them. then we talked to corporate and mentioned the toll. then we had to call the toll department and they said there was none on file. when we talked to the credit department they would not help us. we ended up calling the credit card company to report fraud. Needless to say we will never use enterprise again.
