I don't usually leave reviews good or bad but this was solicited by Google... We were here for a cheerleader event. There was a 30 min wait to get into parking. People had to park out in a grassy area and get bussed in after waiting to find out there was no parking available. We had to stand outside in the rain to purchase our tickets when they easily could have put up a tent or moved the ropes under a covered area. Then people were denied entrance after purchasing a ticket because the venue was over capacity. You had to be there to appreciate what a nightmare this turned into. You could not walk through the new Arena because it was so packed. They were asking people to watch their team and then leave because there were no open seats. I mean this was crazy! Everything got delayed by over an hour because the Fire Marshall shut it down for being over Max capacity. I know some of this was not ESPN 's fault, but how do you let this happen? What a mess. The people working were CLUELESS! They even ran out of food at a couple of stands because , well I really don't know why, because this is supposed to be a state of the art complex. I'm usually a cup half full kind of guy, but the way this all went down made me think that Disney really blew it with this one...
