1 Oct 05, 2018 Jillian Block Worst experience I ever had with a realtor. Never met a realtor like Ernie. BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOUSE, THEY CHARGE 3.5 percent which is more than the normal rate. It almost cost me 1200 dollars extra at closing!
