Extended Stay America - St. Petersburg - Carillon Park

Stay away from this crooked hotel. Sleeping on the ground would be better. They are filled with bedbugs, I have bites all over my body, they stole my money and is refusing to refund my money. They are extremely unprofessional con artists and liars. Seriously I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They claim to be pet friendly but they are not! They kicked me out at 11pm with no other place to go, they have refused to communicate with me. I will spend all my free time making sure no one ever gets treated the way I was. I will continue to spread the word and escalate this to a court of law unless I get a refund ASAP.
