There was a significant lack of efficiency that resulted in an hour wasted to see the provider. Intake by the technician resulted in an error being noted and the information had to be restated to the provider on multiple occasions. They stated this wait time was normal because it takes 30 minutes to dilate the eye, however; my eye did not require dilation. If they scheduled patients based on their procedures needed then this could be easily avoided. This is very disrespectful of the patient's time. It took 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment to even be called back by the technician for the intake that had to be redone with the provider.
