Great mission statement. Nice vehicles at an affordable price, and a wonderful staff, I especially enjoyed dealing with Edwin. I had shown up there in need of a new car and left in a car that to be honest I didn't think was going to be in my range. I've had the car for two years now and I'm still very happy with it. Truly a blessing. I have recommended F.A.M. to other people since (that were very happy with them as well) and will continue to do so in the future. My wife and I will most likely be going there in the near future for a new vehicle for her.

Very dishonest. Took advantage of a struggling mom. At first, the negotiated price was where I said I could pay in full. Then, turns out they wouldnt let me do my tax tag and title by myself even though if have it paid in full. Oh and the price went up an ungodly amount, 750 for the tax tag and title alone. And oh surprise an extra fee made the price of the car go up in the 20 minutes I waited alone in the office and was literally forgotten. I got him to do 500 and I would pay two weeks later and that was to cover every thing else. Was not happy, but it's business. Then, I went to pay the extra 500 and they demand another 250!!!!!! The amount I told them no and I would not make the deal. Wanna know the most upsetting part? It only cost them $167 to do my tax tag and title. So why the hell did they want 750. I saw the receipt from the DMV. So, they basically took my money, and are holding onto my title until they get more money. I have the vehicle but they also failed to disclose the numerous issues, including that when it rains, it also rains inside the car. DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They put on a pretty good front but not worth it. I should have spent my money elsewhere but I did not have that option at the time. I can't even get rid of this now because they won't give me my title.
