Rules are rules, but even for the most loyal customer returning items without a receipt is not an option. I bought a 5 dollar speaker at Christmas time at my local dollar store for the children and it broke the next day. Unfortunately I lost my reciept. They told me I couldn't return it so I bought another one and returned the broken one. I still have the new one as a conversational piece. The customer service from employees is always delightful, the store was very clean and I enjoy shopping there for school and household supplies.
