I'd like to advise everyone not to go to this medical clinic. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Not only is the staff unfriendly and unorganized, but they have no idea what they are doing. The DOCTOR was looking up my symptoms online on her phone. It took 3 hours to get some blood work when the only people in the waiting room was one of the staff members family. They had a child running around and screaming, as if I wasn't there because I was sick. I also had low-blood pressure so they advised me I might be diabetic. So I did the bloodwork just to be sure. Then they told me in a week my results would be ready. Not only did they never contact me to let me know the results were in, but when I called to ask about my results, they had someone who did not even understand English, pass me on to someone who understood even less, just to put me on hold and HANG UP on me. I called back, 5 times, and they never picked up again. I called the next day, they took my information and said they would call me back to let me know if the results were in. I never got a call of course, so I called again the next day. I had a very rude staff member pick up the phone and since she did not understand English, she passed me on to someone else. The lady automatically starts speaking Spanish, my spanish isn't very good but I would assume if you're running a business in the US you would hire someone who spoke English. Anyway she asks me my name, DOB, and for a phone number to return my call but I advised her that the last time they said that, I never got a call back. So she tells me to wait and then after several minutes she says "Oh well if you were here a week ago then your results are here. You can pick them whenever you'd like." I was like "okay, I wish someone would've told me that the first time" she responded with " Well I'm telling you now aren't I." During this time, when I am just finding out I might be diabetic, this clinic could have been more considerate. Specially if I already paid you for your services. They put me through a really bad time and now I understand why they charge so cheap, because they can't pay for decent customer service representatives and because their "doctor" isn't very knowledgeable if she had to use the internet to find out what was wrong with me. I could've have done that myself and could have saved $360. Please do not encourage them to keep giving bad service.
