My daughter and I came in at 3:00 pm on Sunday, we felt unwelcome like we were imposing on them rather than seeking a service. My daughter asked for her hair to be trimmed, the woman who cut her hair cut the back only and left hair all over her neck and clothes. I thought a trim means all over the head. Even if my daughter was unclear why wasn't I asked, after all I am paying? Oh I forgot to mention that my daughter is 13. I had a different stylist and she knew I was not happy with my daughter's hair but she never asked if I wanted my kids hair fixed. My hair was ok but when I got home I noticed my hair was uneven, its about 3/4 inch shorter on one side. She charged $5 for my daughter's hair, I would have preferred they fix her hair instead. I paid $28 including a tip. I am not satisfied but I will not go back because I know they don't care.
