They may print and do that bit okay but service is horrendous once you go to pick up. Then I was chastised by an employee, who shall remain nameless, because I was frustrated no one was listening and trying to solve the issue. She then proceeds to say “it’s not our fault, it’s our managers fault because she doesn’t know what she’s doing so don’t blame us”. She rolls her eyes behind her manager’s back, etc. I don’t give a hoot who’s fault it is but get it right, don’t accuse me of making a mistake when you are too dense to realize you made the mistake. And fix the attitude if you are going to be in service. Almost cost me $75 for a redo when my order was there the whole time.
