I left my car to get the tire patched around 8:15 am. I was told that there was "a bit of a wait." I had no problem waiting a couple hours, knowing that by the time I returned it would be complete. I returned at 11:15, 3 hours later, and my car had not even been touched. I'm never one to complain, but 3 hours for a simple patch is ridiculous. Now I'm sotting here waiting to get the tire fixed. I'm so unhappy and frustrated with the situation. It's been 10 minutes and I'm getting more and more upset as I wait. Extremely poor service.
