ZERO STARS. I have been bringing my cars here for service and tires for years. I will not be coming back again. I dropped the car off for an oil change and they showed me that the serpentine belt and tensioner pulley were damaged. When I dropped it off there was nothing wrong with the pulley and belt (I know this for certain because the power steering worked fine the whole way there till I parked the car). The manager accused me of calling him a liar and said they would fix it (three days from now when the part came in) for $380. I’m about to fix it myself for less than $50 in parts. The manager was offended when I suggested that they were responsible since the car ran fine when I dropped it off. I will never go back here.
