Firestone Complete Auto Care

The experience was terrible!! I went in with a flat tire and found out there was a puncture in the side wall naturally! So I opted to purchase a new tire! They put the new tire on with the wrong tire pressure in it and did not check or make sure the pressure in the other three tires were the same pressure as the new one!! Then the installer named Jean just threw the donut back in the trunk and didn't put it back properly! I had to put it back! Then when I got back into the car the tire sensor was still on! So I went back in and told the advisor Paul and he checked the pressure and corrected it! This installer named Jean should be fired!! He also argued without Paul while I stood there! "Great Customer Service "

Very knowledgeable about tires. Did not have my size tire but sent someone to the warehouse to pick one up for me so I could have my tire fixed the same day.. Good customer relations.
