My initial visit to First Coast had me feeling as if they had just rolled out their red carpet for me. The staff was ultra friendly and willing to work with my immediate need for a replacement aid. After a brief, yet through consultation they provided me with a loner aid in good faith. The following two months my insurance company continued to deny my claim. First Coast agreed to rent out my loner aid for 35.00 a week. After 8 weeks my insurance company finalized their decision not to cover my cost. At that point they were no longer willing to provide me any services at all. My final visit was not provided with a red carpet. In fact it did not even come with as much as a smile, handshake, or even a curious look in the eye. I suppose exceptional service only comes to the beholders of those with exceptional insurance.
