The food isn't an issue at this location, the issue I have, is with the staff's attitude. I went in to enjoy my night with a friend, the sign said seat yourself. There were no clean booths, the waitress Sherry, frantically yelled at the bus boy in front of us because the table we sat at was dirty along with the rest. I've had an issue with her rushy attitude before. So we chose to sit at the bar and eat instead. I ordered a Blue Moon, and took a sip to find out that there was a chip in my glass because the bartender Louie didn't check the glasses before pouring and I almost cut my lip. The manager gave me a little bit of a hassle when I asked for another glass, and the drink to be taken off the check. He finally did, but it's the attitude that came with the experience that really gets to me. If Flanigan's doesn't want a future lawsuit, I advise them to pick a more attentive staff that don't have such a terrible demeanor.
