Today was my mothers birthday and we decided 11 of us to go celebrate at Flanagans in Hialeah. We called at 6 to make reservations since it was so many. The lady was rude. I should of known at that moment not to go. She said we dnt reserve nf hung up. So we got there at 6:30. They told us 45 min wait. We waited patiently and after an hour they told us we still had to wait. Two hours later I spoke to the manager Robert and told him I understand you can not accomodate us at the moment but can you at least give us some free drinks and appetizers or 50% off the bill. I knew of course they were not going to give 50% but at least I apologize my pleasure some drinks on the house nd an appetizer. Robert said to my face I can't kick ppl out and I can't do anything for you. That's all you are going to say? I even said then we should leave nd he said bye. I have never felt so not wanted and disrespected. What kind of manager talks to ppl like this. My son got upset Robert was talking to me like that and started telling him hey watch how you talk. Then the hostess jumps in Juliana and says I need to kick you out. Your not welcome here. We said we have been waiting two hours dnt you think we are upset? All she said was well your not going to come here and yell at my manager you need to leave bye have a nice evening. She new we were upset she did nit have to treat us bad. Im was so sad to see my mom sad she was happy turning 65 and we were all together and she went home sad. Im sorry mom. We will make it up to you. People Robert and Juliana suck as management.
