Florida Express Environmental LLC

I honestly wish that I could give less than one star for this service because that's how incredibly terrible it is. When we first inquired about this service we were told that we would have trash pick up twice a week and recycling pick up once a week on Wednesdays and would be provided a recycling can. We were given a "storage tote" for recycling which is not nearly large enough for the amount of recyclable materials we have. The next week our recycling was never picked up so we called to ask why. We were informed that it is once every two weeks which is not what we were initially told. Every trash day we came home to our trash can top at least 3 or 4 feet away from the can and some days the can laying down in the driveway. We though maybe it was the wind knocking it over but today I clearly saw the trash person THROW the top and can after finishing emptying it. This might not have been as big of an issue if the trash can was the property of Florida Express, but it was not. This was my own trash can that I had bought and apparently the workers at this company have no respect or consideration whatsoever for other people's property. I called to make a complaint and was told that they should not have been picking up our trash anyways because we are cancelling our service due to the terrible service. I informed her that in fact they SHOULD be picking it up until the end of March because we had paid for 3 months starting in January. I cannot believe that this was even considered a reply or an explanation as to why the employees would disrespect a customers property. This has no doubt been the worst company that I have ever done business with and would not recommend this service to anyone!
