Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles

Slow service. Not enough staff to accommodate all the people trying to get their stuff done. Open computers with no staff running them. Took over a hour to just get a license switched to florida from another state. Receptionist is nice and friendly. Other staff seem to be lazy and careless

Went in to renew my license and change my address. The entire process from checking in to paying for and receiving my new license took less then 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The state employee that processed everything was very polite and a pleasure to talk to. This was actually a pleasure to go and do. What a shock. Wish all state offices were like this.
