I would rate them a zero if possible. After you sign up and pay a deposit its all down hill from there. Waited months for install, no organization in the company.
Almost a year later and my doors are not swinging properly. A called to have someone come out to look at it and was told its not under warranty and I have to pay for someone to come look at and give me an estimate. I questioned them on this and was told flat out to find another company.
Don't waste your time or money.
