Church's Chicken

Horrible experience at this particular location, during what could have possibly been the Sunday lunch time. While placing my order at the drive through, I was repeatedly told by the person taking my order that they were out of the items I attempted to request. The employee finally said to me, we are basically out of everything including the bags to put the food into. The credit card reader also seemed to malfunction. I finally got my food, which was comprised of substituted items. Management needs to be reevaluated asap! My one star is overly exaggerated.
