This is without a doubt the WORSE service any patient can receive. They are ALWAYS late, to drop off and to pick patients, even when there is a schedule set up. Patients wait more than an hour after they are done with their treatment, which means we CAN NOT go home. Are you serious? This is NOT a free service for some of the patients, yet there is no urgency. I am sure if there was competition from another service provider they would get their act together. They should really be called BAD WHEELS!!!!
