Ariel and Peter are fantastic people and instructors, I feel as if I am coming home when I get to class, I am greeted very warmly, the classes are very structured and very well taught with modifications offered as needed. I travel from Winter Park to Lake Mary because of the services I get here and because you will not find 2 nicer guys to work out with. I have a chronic back issue, the guys have worked with me and I have seen amazing results, both in how I feel and also in how I look. The other instructors are also very good, I just happen to be there when Ariel and Peter teach. You will not be disappointed if you come here.
