I had my vehicle hit while it was parked by Coca Cola truck. It is a month and 3 weeks later and they still have yet to resolve the situation I keep calling and I keep getting no answer or people saying oh we sent the check. A woman named Julia bear supposedly sent it out she never did any of her leg work a woman named Shari Williams did all her leg work she's the only human that I've really talk to besides a receptionist who acts like she knows nothing. This insurance agency is completely ridiculous you need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
