The store itself is fine. Prices are a little high, and almost everything is a dollar more than the tag says.
The new owners are bad business people, who don't understand the concept of a good customer.
I've been shopping at this location for over four years (buying 2-6 handles a week), and since they took over, this is the third time they've really annoyed me. I will be going to Total Wine for most of my needs from here on out, over a service fee they would have had to pay for charging my card less than $10, a fee I was prepared to compensate them for, albeit with dimes (I was picking up for someone on the way to their house, they had the cash).
If this happened at some random liquor store, no problem, but if all my business means nothing to them, I'd rather my money go to a faceless corporation than some assholes I've met and confirmed to be assholes.
