Staff withheld the rifle I had purchased 2 extra business days from the original 3 day Florida state law waiting period. Would be fine if I had not called and asked if the firearm was ready and the employee chase confirming it was, then for me to be denied the rifle when I went to pick it up. Aside from this the price and item I received were good but the service is below what I have seen in any pawn shop.
