I can't say that I've been 100% satisfied with my the way my property has been managed and I won't go into the particulars, but, whenever I've spoken to the owner Tom and expressed my concerns, he's been very accommodating and has made every effort to rectify and correct any discrepancies. I truly appreciate that. I'm a communicator and a need to know kind of person, that's key for me in a big way, especially since I live in New York. When living out-of-state I'm unable to have a visual of the property so I depend on the property manager to be my eyes and ears. Thanks Tom.
