He answered all of my questions and explained the pros and cons of the many models on the showroom floor. When I decided on the Whirlpool model #WRT311FZDW01. he set up a delivery date for the next day, and told me the delivery people would call that night and give me a time of delivery. They did call and set up 9:00 AM. The next day they called and said they were 30 mins. out. They arrived on time and the very efficient crew removed the old unit and installed the new. They explained the operations of the unit and answered all of my questions. They were very professional. I am very pleased with the operation of this unit. The only noise I heard was the ice drop from the ice maker. I can not imagine how some of the reviews I read concerning this unit complained about the noise level. This is a very quiet running refrigerator and I would gladly recommend this Cape Coral store and the Whirlpool model I purchased to all of my friends.
