Do not trust Greek Moving & Storage. I used them for a move from my condo, into their warehouse for a year and a half of storage, and into my house once I completed a renovation. They lied in order to get my business which will end up costing me thousands. At the time I hired them, I asked if they were a professional piano mover and they told me it would be no problem to move and store my baby grand piano. Prior to the move I spoke to the office again and reminded them of the piano and told them to please ensure they were prepared to move it. They thanked me and assured me they would be ready. When they went to move the piano, I could clearly tell they weren't prepared. None of the crew knew what they were doing and they actually needed my help to hold up a good portion of the 700 lb piano. I should have called off the move right then, but didn't have the luxury of time to get another mover scheduled. After making me beyond nervous, but getting the piano strapped into the truck, I never heard another word which I assumed meant the piano made it into storage safely. Upon delivery a year and half later I learned this wasn't the case. Somewhere during the move into storage, the piano came off the piano moving board and landed on the front left side causing major damage. This would have made a noticeable sound, but never did they feel the need to reach out to me to let me know they just caused major damage. If they had, I would have filed an insurance claim, but a year and half later my policy is no longer active. I declined additional coverage from Greek as my contents insurance at the time covered moving. They also somehow managed to crack one of the legs. They offered me a small sum of money which won't come anywhere near the nearly $3,500 repair, but would have helped towards my deductible if they hadn't been negligent about their damage when it happened. As a result of their lies, negligence, and mistakes, I'm left to foot the bill. Do not trust Greek Moving. I suggest you try to find an honest company.
