This is Kyle Martin. I have talked to adjuster at extension #118. She contacted me Friday and DID NOT HAVE A RESOLUTION TO MY CASE! THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 5 MONTHS! when i talked to the adjuster she started laughing at me because she lied as you can see from the comments below the complaint. She said "WE just received information that will now delay the case even longer" She then started LAUGHING AT ME! tried to talk to the office manager they then put me on a 25 min hold and hung up on me. These people are thieves. They steal, LIE, and drag out cases. My accident was 8/12/17....DO THE MATH! WELL OVER 90 day period with no resolution. WHAT SICKENS ME TO THE CORE IS THAT SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND DID NOT EVEN PUT ME ON MUTE! At this point they think me loosing my car and them stalling this case is hilarious. YOU ALL HAVE 1 week to finish this case as im sure you all know by the letter you received from Dan Newlin or this will be brought to litigation's. YOU ALL SICKEN ME TO THE CORE! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL. YOU ACTUALLY LAUGH AT People WHEN THEY ARE IN FINANCIAL SITUATIONS caused by your own insurer's? absolute disgrace of a insurance company. YOU ALL PROMISED A RESOLUTION 1/13/18.... that was a LIE! I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU LAUGH AT PEOPLE! Mrs Loranzo at extension 118 needs to be fired for laughing at me thinking my financial situations are funny and holding a car someone worked hard to get with no resolution. You all refuse to resolve this case. This company is really going to litigation over a car that is worth no more than 7g's? that is pitiful.
