My daughter is an orthodontic patient and we have had good experiences during the appointments but their computer system is very odd. If you call the regular office they can't make orthodontic appointments because it is a different system and they try to tell you which office to call to set an appointment but it gets confusing. Also it would be nice if all their locations actually had an orthodontist like their name suggests.
