Hired Bob for a home inspection, 4 point,and wind mitigation he is by better than 5 stars. Very knowledgeable in all that he does. He litteraly left no stone unturned. during the inspection he was extremely patient and explained all his findings. Bob has even followed up with me after the inspection with additional information that could help with the repairs of the property. I have honestly never dealt with such a great inspector and if you have the opportunity to work with him you won’t be disappointed. I would highly recommend him to any home buyer. Bob provided excellent service and I will continue to work with him as he goes back out to reinspect the home to ensure all repiars we requested has been completed Do yourself the biggest favor and hire him!
