Gutters by TK

They came out several months ago. Drilled holes in the back of my house to attach downspout, but then decided to attach the downspout on another wall of the house and left the holes exposed to weather, and insect's. Called several times and was told they would come out and fix the issue. No one has called or came out to fix the issue. I tried calling back and got the answering service. Left a message and 3 weeks later still no contact. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Seems once they got my money, I don't matter.
