Made an appointment the night before and had never been to the salon. I needed my hair done and I had clip in extensions I needed to be put in for a party. I was with Helen who was really nice and did a good job. It took a longtime and I'm not sure if that's because I have so much hair or what but it came out great. I kinda wish the blue would have taken more hold in the blue black, but I still like it. Overall really friendly kind people who made the day really special. I would say it was a little pricey and I didn't know that in advance. A price list somewhere in the salon would maybe one suggestion I would have to make it more customer friendly.
