Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale West-Sawgrass/Tamarac, FL

I am a Hilton rewards member and stay at many Hilton properties! I really loved my stay here. The customer service was exceptional!! The rooms are your standard Hampton Inn decor, but linen is fresh and room is very clean.

My family and I arrived on 3/3/2018 to attend the funeral service of a family member scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Before arrival we requested early check in; however, we were advised it was based upon availability. Upon our arrival we were told that the earliest accommodation would be around 12:00 p.m. Thanks to you, Hampton, caring for your quest, you opened your heart to us and allowed one of your meeting rooms to accommodate our family to get dressed, made provision for ironing service, and made it all possible for us be on time. You care highly recommended for hotel services.
