It is never a good thing when you have to visit your car at a collision center. You are not in a good frame of mind when you see your car in disrepair.
That being said, my experience at Hanania was exceptional. A very big shout out to Matt Kane. He worked with me from beginning to end. He spent quality time enlightening me about the whole process of fixing my car and he also helped me through the insurance maze. He is what any business should strive for in having as their point person dealing with customers.
