I purchased automatic carwash for $10 and the booth didn't work. I called the # for situations like that, no answer, I left message. I called again a few days later, no answer, I texted them and I received a text back I will get a refund. Refund never came, I had to file dispute with my credit card company. They lost my business, I will never go there again. And I will tell everyone not to go that particular car wash. This is not how business should be done and they should not promise refund when they have no intention of refunding anything.
